Eric Bierbrier, Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Bierbrier has responsibility for marketing Apex Partner brands. Prior experience includes senior executive marketing roles with TGI Friday’s® where he oversaw the marketing efforts of both corporate and franchise restaurants, Yum Brands® where he managed domestic and international marketing efforts for Pizza Hut and Texas Land and Cattle where he was responsible for all aspect of brand management. Additionally Mr. Bierbrier has had marketing management responsibilities with Chili’s® , EatZi’s®, Lufthansa LSG, Kendall Jackson, The Container Store and others.
