Mike Colonna, Sr. Vice President - Operations

Mr. Colonna has over 25 years of restaurant experience in business development and operations management. Prior to joining Apex he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations with North East Restaurant Co., a Brinker International franchise company operating Chili’s®, On the Border® and Bertucci’s®. Mr. Colonna also served as Vice President of Operations for Boston Chicken and Victoria Station, and has served as an advisor to a number of restaurant and retail entities.
