We call our interpretation of Southwestern cuisine ‘Food From the Sun’. Borrowing from the heritage of Anglo, Native American and Mexican cooking, we offer fresh, light dishes that explore the bold and exciting flavors of the American Southwest.

Our chef fire-roasts chiles and vegetables daily for our sauces and salsa and our desserts are made fresh each morning. Best of all our food is intended to be shared with a group.
